During the yearly summer shut down of the customer, a new controller was installed. Simultaneously, some other options on the machine were integrated to improve the punching accuracy. Quality and reliability are an absolute must in the sector of automotive! To achieve short stand still of the machine, everything had to be well prepared upfront. Due to this new controller and some software improvements, customer can achieve 20% more output on the same machine.
